These terms ("Terms and Conditions") are the particular conditions of a legal agreement between you, on the one side, and Infinite Plus SAS (hereinafter mentioned as "AI Student Hub", on the other side.

1/ Object

AI Student Hub is a mobile service that provides AI tools for students, including AI exams, AI notes, AI writer, AI YouTube, and AI teachers.

2/ Conditions

This service is available everywhere under your mobile carrier. You must have permission from the carrier to use this service.

3/ Service description

This subscription service allows you to access AI tools for students every day on your phone from the AI Student Hub site. As long as you are subscribed to AI Student Hub, you will be able to use the service without limits every day. To join the subscription service and get access to the content, you should click on the subscription button on the AI Student Hub mobile website. Once your subscription is confirmed, you will be redirected to our homepage. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you unsubscribe. You can terminate your subscription whenever you want from your personal menu by clicking on the Unsubscribe link. Infinite Plus SAS reserves the right to end the subscription at any time.

5/ Payments

The total cost of this subscription service will be advertised on each page where you can sign up for AI Student Hub. Total or partial amounts of the contracted service will be charged each week as specified by your mobile operator. For postpaid users, the cost will be added to your mobile phone bill. If you are a prepaid user, you should make sure that you have enough credit on your prepaid card to complete your subscription. Fees might differ depending on the mobile operator. The exact price will be displayed along with the service’s conditions before your subscription or purchase. Access to the AI Student Hub website via mobile connection 3G or 4G may add additional navigation costs. The amount of these costs will depend on the rates and conditions you have contracted with your mobile phone operator, so AI Student Hub cannot be considered responsible for such costs.

6/ Service access

Only individuals of legal age and emancipated minors (over 14 years old) can apply and contract the services of AI Student Hub. Unemancipated minors can only use AI Student Hub services under authorization from their parents or legal guardians, who will be in any case responsible for the acts of their dependents. AI Student Hub cannot replace in any way the parental control of legal tutors, so the owner of the mobile phone line will be deemed responsible for all effects. You should have all the necessary resources (handset, software, Internet connection) to use Infinite Plus SAS services. Infinite Plus SAS may discontinue its services in order to accomplish repair works, corrections, and maintenance. AI Student Hub might also modify temporarily or permanently specific services or products.

7/ Unsubscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to My Account in your menu and click on Unsubscribe or write to us at support@student-ai.net

8/ User's liability

AI Student Hub is not liable for any loss or injuries due to inappropriate use of the service provided by AI Student Hub beyond its control or resulting from causes not attributable to it. You are required not to misuse Infinite Plus SAS services and respect the laws of third parties including trademark rights, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual and industrial properties. Likewise, you acknowledge and agree that the use of AI Student Hub services is not allowed for commercial purposes and any other unrelated purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

9/ AI Student Hub liability

AI Student Hub is not responsible for the technical availability or content of Web/Wap/Mobile Internet sites of third parties where you access through a link included on their site. Therefore, AI Student Hub neither approves nor endorses products, services, content, information, data, files, and any kind of material displayed on third-party websites. Also, AI Student Hub does not control and is not responsible for the quality, legality, reliability, and usefulness of the content and services on linked external sites unrelated to AI Student Hub. AI Student Hub is not responsible in case the products or services requested are not delivered or rendered properly when this issue cannot be attributed to Infinite Plus SAS causes (including, but not limited to, situations like your real-life video cannot be loaded due to operator connectivity problems or technical issues related to your handset configuration). If you detect any illegal content, contact us immediately.

10/ Intellectual and industrial property rights

All contents, designs, and programming codes inside the AI Student Hub mobile portal are fully protected by copyright: reproduction, communication, dissemination, and distribution of any element is completely forbidden unless you have the necessary authorization. In addition, all symbols (logos, fonts, icons, etc.) on the AI Student Hub website are owned by AI Student Hub or third parties and their reproduction or distribution is completely forbidden without express permission. Also, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce or use all or part of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of Infinite Plus SAS. AI Student Hub reserves the right to unilaterally remove, add, or modify any content, services, or utilities available on the AI Student Hub mobile website.

11/ Personal data

Pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998, the user has the right to access, rectify, and/or oppose any personal data by writing to the data controller Infinite Plus SAS, 14bis rue Daru, 75008, Paris, France.

12/ Cookies settings

13/ Modifications

Infinite Plus SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including prices and anything else related to the subscription.
